Riev... ... Poor Riev, he's so ugly!!! So, when I got his sprite, I thought, "It looks like he could say 'G-Unit' any minute" And then I thought, "Wow... it also looks like he's dying of cancer." The third block is pretty self explanatory.

i unlocked him you get him after beating the game then beatin tower of valni lvl 7
